In this picturesque village, Charles Darwin wooed, and eventually married his cousin, who lived in Maer Hall. AMS uses the village Hall as its main base. Maer can be found to the South of the A51, roughly half way between Market Drayton and Stone.
Audlem is a large village with a magnificent parish church, & is situated on the
"Shropshire Union" canal, where it crosses the A525 between Whitchurch & Newcastle-under-Lyme.
AMS uses the Scout & Guide Headquarters for teaching.
Nantwich is a celebrated historic town, with more than 100 listed buildings. It dates from Roman times, when the rich salt deposits were prized. AMS uses the Methodist Schoolrooms in Hospital St.
From May 2012 we are offering tuition services in the town of Stone, Staffs. Accessed from the A34 south of Stoke-on-Trent Stone is also within easy travelling distance of our main studios in Maer (just off the A51) - giving increased access to AMS tuition studios for more areas such as Swynnerton, Cotes Heath, and surrounding communities etc. .
